Over the last 17 years, Neeraj has been at making a story out of data and getting something actionable for a brand to move forward with. He believes insight should be at the heart of all decision making & that data alone does not provide the answer. The biggest gap in organizations today is the leap one needs to make from sitting on heaps of data to synthesizing information and arriving at something actionable. He has worked on fixing declining brands, building a long term strategic plans, innovation pipelines, creating new brand propositions & facilitating workshops. He also helps organizations build capability in these areas.

Shubhra brings over 12 years of experience across multi-functional streams – advertising testing, brand tracking, new product consulting and strategic planning. She brings holistic perspective to the table and connects consumer insights and business questions meaningfully. Having worked in US, Dubai, India and Singapore, she is truly global with local flair. Other than value add insight consulting, she has published articles in marketing magazines and has been involved in training executives at all levels.
