Case

We have conducted a number of workshops in the area of idea generation for products and packaging. One such workshop involved generating nearly 50 product ideas for a snack in Asia. The process involved defining an innovation challenge and doing some breakout thinking with the teams to generate ideas. Another example of facilitating workshops is driving regional alignment among various countries to develop and execute a program for a business.
